Art Garfunkel's Pic removed from the cover of Rolling Stone's 40th Anniversary edition

Speaking anonymously, a Rolling Stone staffer says that yells grew into fisticuffs. Security was summoned as RS editor and publisher Jann Wenner rammed his Lincoln Navigator into three vehicles exiting the magazine's publishing headquarters. Afterwards, in a press conference, instead of apologizing, he denounced his staff's decision to abitrarily remove his longtime pal and frequent RS coverboy Art Garfunkel off of the mags 40th Anniversary issue calling it the darkest example of yellow mattered mutiny the magazine has ever known. Replacing Garfunkel are the letters "RO". The new cover should be familiar to RS readers. Two almost identical covers have graced the magazine this year after two other attempts to place Garfunkel on the cover.

Artie! Artie! Artie!

Wenner in a Navigator? That sounds about right.

Randy, it's good to see you back online.
